Conversational Skills For Leaders
Leaders will learn the foundational skills for facilitating open and empowering conversations. Active listening, powerful questions and appreciative responses are covered.
Providing Constructive Feedback
Leaders will once again leverage the Radical Candor model to provide constructive feedback to their teams. They will also experience the power of having a “go to” question and receiving feedback.
Holding Performance Reviews
Using your internal process, leaders will explore best practices in performance reviews including setting SMART goals and focusing on how to use this time to tackle career conversations.
Overcoming Resistance
Providing constructive is often met with resistance. In this final workshop we explore how to meet the resistance directly. We provide lessons from improv and other proven leadership best practices to enable conversational agility.
Providing Appreciative Feedback
Leaders will leverage the Radical Candor model and other proven best practices to hone their abilities on how to provide appreciative feedback. Creating a team culture of feedback is also highlighted.
