The fundamentals of leadership communication are explored with the focus on powerful questions, active listening and understanding barriers to effective communication.

Resolving Triggers, Toxins and Triangles

Aspiring Leaders will review key concepts of conflict including triggers and common reactions. They will identify strategies to help them become more aware and techniques to resolve common challenges.

Trying on a Coach Approach

Using their leadership communications skills, aspiring leaders will explore the why, what and when to use a coach approach with their peers. Coaching is an effective skill to develop at any level.
