Psychological Safe Spaces
Leaders will explore the 4 levels of psychological safety and their impacts. They will also apply the Neuro Leadership Institute’s SCARF model to various everyday team scenarios.
Fostering Team Collaboration
Leaders will the apply the GROW coaching model to help enhance effective team collaboration. This impactful model is integrated with The Six Thinking hat model from Edward De Bono.
Giving Voice to Experience
Leaders identify their tendencies for providing over advising and instead apply a coaching model that helps employees name their experiences to facilitate self-directed insight and action.
