Overcoming Conflict in Teams
This series of 2-hour virtual workshops assists leaders and their teams to navigate conflict, build collaboration and work towards consensus. Ideal for new and experienced leaders who want to work with their intact team to call a TRUCE on conflict.
Strengths Assessment (SDI) - Part 1
Using the Strengths Deployment Inventory, the team will learn about each others relational strengths, values and what motivates them. A team portrait is revealed and helps the team see itself and its patterns.
Collaborating Effectively in Teams
The team will explore a current problem that they have differing views/conflict on. Using a structured collaboration process, they will learn how to solve this problem and apply it to future conversations.
Strengths Assessment (SDI)- Part 2
Using the Strengths Deployment Inventory, the team will explore their overdone strengths (impact of) and how they react in conflict. Conflict trends of the team are discussed and addressed.
Creating a Team Charter
Closing this highly impactful team series, the team will create a team charter by using a technique called Request Behind the Complaint. This will help establish norms to progress and evolve into the future.
Speaking To Your Team Experience
The team will learn about 4 stages of team development and identify barriers to advancing. Afterwards, they will practice a feedback technique that promotes both honest and accountability.
